No Evictions
Rental History: Each Applicant should have no late rent payments in the past 12 months, with verifiable rental history for the last three years, confirmed directly with landlords
Income Requirement: NET combined group income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Applicants utilizing housing vouchers must demonstrate income sufficient to meet their portion of the rent, in line with the voucher program’s guidelines.
Income Verification: Income is verified through the most recent 3 months pay stubs and W-2 forms, directly confirmed with the employer.
Self-employed applicants must provide At least two years of signed personal and business tax returns for verification and/or any verifiable 1099’s or K-1 forms.
Co-signers: Accepted - Must complete a separate application and have a minimum credit score of 675.
