Phil Yates (DRE #01888174) has worked in the Real Estate industry for over six years as a Property Manager here at APG Properties.
He started out assisting with the management duties of a 4-Plex in Anaheim over ten years ago, and discovered his passion for the industry.
In 2009, he was licensed as a Real Estate Agent by the State of California and the Board of Real Estate, and currently maintains his license with them.
He maintains resident and vendor relationships here at APG.
Dan (DRE #02003512) is the newest member of the APG team. In the last year he has grown into the Office Manager role. From initial contact with prospective residents, to processing applications, and client interaction, Dan has proven to be an invaluable asset to the growth of APG Properties.
Having spent the last 15 years managing an entertainment and special events company, customer service has always been a priority.
Dan is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. His favorite part of the job is letting people know they have been approved for their new home.
When he isn’t working, Dan can be found watching hockey, spending time with his daughter, or pursuing his new camping hobby.
Dale R. Jamieson II
Dale (DRE #01913031) has been the San Diego County rep for APG Properties since 2010. He has over 10 years’ experience and has also own rentals himself.
He is the manager for the San Deigo area ranging from Oceanside to Chula Vista from Santee to Mission Valley.
He is well versed in the San Diego rental community including its large Military population. He lives with his wife and daughter in Santee.
Shane Roach (DRE #01879273) has been the owner of APG Properties since it’s conception in 1996. Shane brings over 20 years of experience in the Architecture, Planning, & Builder fields to the Property Management profession. Shane’s interest in Property Management began with his first purchase of an investment property over 13 years ago with a business partner and has never looked back.
Shane offers his clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, vendor management and lease compliance. Shane expertly addresses issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget preparations. Shane’s commitment to the well-being of his clients properties drives each decision and ensures that the properties in his portfolio are well managed.
