Please have the following information
ready prior to submitting the application:
Upload all required documentation, including:
- Government-issued Photo ID
- 3 years of residence history, with landlord’s contact information
- 2 months of most recent pay stubs, with employer’s contact information
- 2 years of itemized tax returns (if self-employed)
Be advised of property requirements:
- All Tenants must carry a minimum Landlord Liability Insurance or Renters Insurance and provide proof prior to move in. Click here to read more.
- All forms of income are accepted.
All applicants are required to go through our third party service to review our policies in regards to pet owners, non pet owners and those with assistance animals. If you do not have a pet there is no charge to complete this part of the screening. If you have an assistance animal there is no charge to complete this part of the screening but be prepared to upload necessary documentation for the animal. If you have a regular pet; it is $20 to register your first pet and $15 for any additional pets.
