- By having it on your credit card it will help spend up the process of getting a vendor to the property. If it is later determined that the repair was due to tenant misuse or negligence then the service call fee, and any additional costs, would be paid by or reimbursed by the tenant.

If the Washer, Dryer and/or Refrigerator are to be left in the property, to be part of the rental, it is the responsibility of the owner to maintain and repair these appliances as needed. If it is determined that the needed repair was caused by the tenant(s), their friend(s), or family then they will be billed accordingly. If you, as the owner, do not want the responsibility to maintain and/or repair these appliances then APG Properties strongly recommends removing the appliances from the property altogether PRIOR to listing/showing the property.
